II.XXIII.XVII. The Tempest


This goes out to the guy who wrote a long letter that I had to answer about how his order wasn't going to arrive on time, that it was being delayed, that every customer service rep he spoke to gave no help or conflicting information and why was he supposed to bother shopping with my company after all that anyway?

His order arrived on time, the day after his 2000 word freakout. Do you think he'll apologize to my company for his having been wrong in his judgment of us?

No, he will not.
